Healthcare Watchdog is a company devoted to individual consumers and families. We also serve small- and mid-sized companies, offering discounted rates to employees of companies who have at least 10 employees subscribing to our service.

WHERE WE FIT

Healthcare Watchdog helps people whose health insurance company is wrongfully refusing to reimburse a valid claim, or is reimbursing less than it is required to do under the terms of their health insurance policy. We also help clients whose health insurance company is wrongfully refusing to approve access to the healthcare providers, or treatment, of the client’s choice.

OUR TEAM

Healthcare Watchdog’s management team consists of experts from a wide variety of disciplines, including law, medical advocacy and various service industries. Our management team is supplemented and supported by our specialized team of Concierge Advocates, at least one of whom will be specifically assigned to each Valid Grievance you file with us. Your Concierge Advocate, once assigned to your grievance, will work directly with you, your insurance company and your healthcare professionals until a resolution, positive or negative, is achieved. Additionally, our Concierge Advocates may call upon supplementary support personnel to help resolve grievances, including coding specialists, registered nurses and medical billing advocates.
